Snow Jasmine, also known as "碧潭飘雪," is a delicate tea with tight, slender leaves and prominent white tips. The aroma is enduring, and the flavor is smooth and sweet. This exquisite tea is crafted from the tender green tea buds of Mount Emei and scented with fresh jasmine flowers.
 
Snow Jasmine Brewing Instructions
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Bi Tan Piao Xue tea leaves
300 ml hot water (80-85°C / 176-185°F)
Steps:
⏳ Steep in 300 ml hot water for 3 minutes.
☕ Enjoy when the tea turns a light yellow-green. Add 🍯 honey if desired.
♻️ Re-steep for a lighter second brew if preferred!
