Snow Jasmine, also known as "碧潭飘雪," is a delicate tea with tight, slender leaves and prominent white tips. The aroma is enduring, and the flavor is smooth and sweet. This exquisite tea is crafted from the tender green tea buds of Mount Emei and scented with fresh jasmine flowers.
 
Snow Jasmine brings together the tranquility of a clear pond and the elegance of drifting snowflakes, offering a high-class jasmine aroma and a refined taste. It's perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life and seek a moment of calm and beauty in their tea.
 
Brew instruction:
  Water temperature:  70-80°C / 176-185°F
Brewing Steps:
Add Tea Leaves: Place 3-5 grams of Snow Jasmine tea leaves into the warmed glass cup.
First Brew:
Pour hot water (70-80°C / 158-176°F) into 150ml - 200 ml water.
Let the tea steep for 1-2 minutes. Adjust the time based on your preference for a lighter or stronger flavor.
After steeping, pour the tea into cups, and enjoy the first infusion.
Subsequent Brews:
Reuse the same tea leaves for multiple infusions. For each subsequent brew, increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Generally, jasmine green tea can be infused 3-4 times, with each infusion offering a slightly different flavor profile.
